Usually one should save bragging for standing around the watercooler; but since there are no watercoolers to be seen I'll just tell you that The Smoking Poet, an on-line magazine that not only deals with poetry but cigar reviews no less, has published The Octopus and the Sea in their latest edition! Oh happy days!

I love it! For a while though, I was confused. The combination of the website background pattern and the font they used caused me to read “Balsa” as “Babka” for the whole first read. I just could not figure out what a traditionally hibernal Russian cake was doing on a beach with and octopus. I was muttering, “man, this’d be weird to draw…..”
